We were so pumped for our trip to Disney World. We had planned everything perfectly and couldn't wait to enjoy in all the rides. But, as they say, the best laid plans of mice and men often go haywire. On our second day, disaster struck. My child woke up feeling sick. A few hours later, I was right there with him! We soon realized we had fallen victim to the dreaded intestinal flu.
It was a complete contrast from our picture-perfect vacation. Instead of dancing, we were spending our days confined in our hotel room, rumbling. Our dream trip had turned into a noro nightmare.
We spent the rest of our vacation miserable, wishing all the adventures we had missed.
